25-year-old Uzbekistan lightweight prospect Petr Vasiliev will make his second professional fight against Turkish boxer Umut Atalay in Istanbul, Turkey before the end of 2021.

Vasiliev's professional ring debut took place on October 10 with a victory in the fourth round by knockout of Farukh Khairov of Turkmenistan.
