International pro boxing returns to Thailand's most popular beach resort town as UH-FCC Pattaya proudly presents RESURGENCE on Saturday, September 26, live from the UH-FCC Gym in Pattaya Beach, Thailand.
The 13-bout international event, promoted by Brico Santig in association with Ulysses Sato and Supanat Chanram, brings together former world champions, undefeated prospects, regional titlists and heavy-hitting veterans from 12 countries. First bell is at 4:00 PM local time, with the entire card streaming live worldwide on TrillerTV.
Main Event - WBO Youth International Featherweight Title
In the main attraction, two undefeated power-punchers collide for regional honors. Australian prospect Benjie Birchell (7-0, 6 KOs) , will face Thailand's unbeaten knockout artist Chanathip Phitnok (4-0, 4 KOs), for the vacant WBO Youth International Featherweight Title. With a combined 10 knockouts in 11 wins, the matchup pits two perfect finishers against each other in a high-stakes step-up bout with world ranking implications.
Co-Feature - Former Two-Division World Champion Returns
In Featherweight action, Filipino star Marlon "Nightmare" Tapales (41-5, 28 KOs), a former 118-lbs and 122-lbs world champ, returns to action against durable Thai veteran Nirun Baonok. For Tapales of the Sanman Gym, one of the most accomplished fighters of his generation, the bout is a crucial tune-up as he aims for another run at a world title.

China warrior Shahanzhati Xiaohelaiti (12-5) from Xinjiang will battle lion heart Attavut Maliwan (2-1) of Thailand for the ABF (Asian Boxing Federation) Welterweight Title.

Super welterweight: Pakistan's undefeated former Asian champion Usman Wazeer (18-0, 13 KOs) of Astore risks his perfect record against Indonesian slugger Ari Agustian, (10-3, 10 KOs), an unpredictable southpaw fighter who has never gone the distance in victory.
Light heavyweight, lion heart American warrior Daishaun Middleton (4-0) of Summerville, South Carolina, clashes hard with Bangkok's Rachanon Thalatong (2-0, 1KO).
Middleweight: Kazakhstan's Timmy "The Gentleman" Baimolda (10-1, 6 KOs) versus Thai veteran Jatsada Pithakdanthai, 10-16.
