The oft-postponed return to action of ex-WBC superfly champ Gerry Penalosa is now slated for December 10 at the Casino Filipino in Para?aque, a source close to the Filipino fighter revealed yesterday.
Being groomed to face Penalosa is a soon-to-be-named Argentinian foe who has campaigned quite extensively in Africa, Canada, and Italy.
Penalosa has not seen action since November last year, when he dispatched of Thai Bangsaen Sithpraprom for the vacant WBF superfly crown.
