Rios, ranked No. 2 by the WBC, drops Noriega in 3rd and the referee waived off the fight in the 4th round after a barrage of unanswered punches from Rios. Time: 2:22 of the 4th round.

In the first fight, Joseph Aguirre (17-0-0, 9KOs) of Cancun, Mexico wins by unanimous decision over Angel Aispuro (8-5-2, 5KOs) of Culiacan, Mexico.
