IBF minimumweight world champion Pedro Taduran of the Philippines weighed in at 104.6 lbs while his Mexican challenger Daniel Valladares came in at 103.8 lbs during the official weighin held in Mexico Friday (Saturday in Manila). Taduran will stake his title against Valladares Saturday night (Sunday morning in Manila) at the Jardin Cerveza Expo in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon north of Mexico City.

Taduran (14-2-0, 11KOs) captured his IBF belt against his compatriot Samuel Salva last September in Taguig City and defends it for the first time against Valladares (22-1-0, 13KOs).
