DAVAO CITY – Former four-time division champion Gerry “Fearless” Peñalosa of the Gerrpens Promotions Inc. announced its complete card for March 20 in Biñan City, Laguna.
The main event pits undefeated Criztian Pitt Laurente (5W-0L-3KOs) of Gen. Santos City against former world title challenger Ernesto “Chocolate” Saulong (22W-6L-2D-9KOs) of Mindoro Occidental.
Laurente hails from the Peñalosa Boxing Gym while Saulong is from Brusmick Boxing Gym.
“There will be three supporting bouts, all four rounds,” said Peñalosa.
Undefeated Kenneth Llover (1W-OL, 1KO) of Peñalosa BG-Gensan will face Jemark Gandao of Knock Out BG-Batangas in 122 lbs. while super flyweight Mervin Lulu (5W-5L-2D, 2KOs) of Lulu BS-Sultan Kudarat will fight Ronel “The Hawk” Sumalpong of Elorde BS-Surigao.
The third match is minimumweight Harry Omac (3W-OL, 1KO) of Lulu Boxing Stable-Mandaluyong against Mike Grondiano of Onyok BS-Lipa.
The bubble boxing card is sponsored by Casino Filipino and Pagcor with the cooperation of Kosuke Washio, Blackwater, Elito and the Games and Amusements Board.
