WEIGHTS FROM CAGAYAN DE ORO!

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY--Both Eusebio Baluarte and Indonesian challenger Heri Andriyanto easily made weight during official weigh-in held minutes ago at the Grand Hotel here.

Baluarte came in at a fit 139 lbs, while Andriyanto was 138 lbs in advance of their WBO Asia Pacific Youth light-welterweight battle tomorrow at the Atrium of Limketkai Mall, described by Gov. Oscar Moreno as the "Mandalay Bay of Cagayan."

The official weigh-in was supervised by WBO Asia Pacific chairman Leon Panoncillo, and witnessed by promoter Leonil Lazarito and Gov. Moreno.

Dubbed "Rumble in MisOr 2," the event is presented by Gov. Oscar Moreno and the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental and the Leolet Sports Promotions. Supporters include Smart, Simply Amazing.

A PBF superfly showdown between Eric Barcelona and Brix 'Bomb' Ray takes place in the undercard.

"This event is our gift to the people of Misamis Oriental. We wish to inform everybody that a vast majority of people in Mindanao live in harmony and peace," said Governor Moreno.
