WBO president Francisco ?Paco? Valcarcel has appointed Sparkle Lee as referee for the minimumweight title fight between champion Kosei Tanaka of Japan and Vic Saludar of the Philippines which will take place on New Year?s eve in Nagoya, Japan.
The judges will be Lynne Carter, Levi Martinez and Zoltan Enyedi according to WBO Asia Pacific head Leon Panoncillo while the fight supervisor is Istavan Kovacs.
