Czar Amonsot checked out of the Valley Hospital at 12:30PM today, and has been released with a clean bill of health by neuro-specialist Dr. Debra Nelson.
ALA Boxing Gym president Michael Aldeguer and top Filipino promoter Sammy Gello-ani fetched Amonsot at the hospital, after which they proceeded to the residence of international matchmaker Sampson Lewkowicz, who tendered lunch for the group.
Lewkowicz, acknowledging the gallant performance of Amonsot, has vowed to give another opportunity for the brave young fighter possibly after one year.
Dr Nelson also acknowledged that God worked mysteriously in Amonsot's case, and told the young fighter that 'you can still be a world champion someday.'
Amonsot is set to fly to the Philippines tomorrow, and will arrive in Manila on Saturday. He will then face Cebu media in the afternoon.
