GODWIN Mirar and Kimberly Flores ruled the 4th Marilog Ultra 70KM held August 22-23 at the Marahan West Elementary School in Marilog District, Davao City.
The 25-year-old Mirar of Bukidnon clocked nine hours, 32 minutes and six seconds in winning the fastest men’s category.
He was followed by Danny Gomia [9:48:25] of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur. Third was Roberto Cain III [10:02:56] of Davao City.
The 4th to 10th placers were: Yoyong Sacayle [10:03:07], Zaire Abecia [10:23:02], Reymar Taleon [10:47:54], John Marvin Buizon [10:59:56], Ryan Relampago [11:01:11], Jayson Alcoriza [11:06:07] & Christan Dave Tawaki [11:07:03].
Flores, on the other hand, timed at 12:07:28 at the distaff side.
She was followed by Valerie Mae Marcos [12:34:26] of Zamboanga City. Third is Shally Yuson [13:32:40] of Valencia.
The 4th to 10th are: Janet Arnego [14:24:39], Novie Jean Flores [14:34:36], Vanessa Repotana [15:01:10], Lip Tomaro [15:01:22], Arrah Joyce Alvarez [15:41:13], Chanda Cartera [16:00:20], Genevieve Colon [16:05:09].
The race is also part of the Asia Trail Master Season XI Championship Series.
